How to Submit a Return Request


Please contact us at badtastecol@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Make sure to include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)


What Happens Next?

We aim to process all return and refund requests within 7 working days.

If your request is approved, you will be asked to return the item(s) to the facility at:

4730 Littlejohn St, Baldwin Park, CA 91706

Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.

*Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.*

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn


Bad Taste 1935 will not accept items that are:

  • Worn, stained, damaged, or altered
  • Returned without prior confirmation
  • Returned at our expense (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility)

Refunds


If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method in the same currency used for purchase.

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your entire order and receive a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
